Don’t forget about today’s Tuesday Techniques class at 3:30! For a mere $5 (plus materials), you can get a full hour’s class. Expand your knitting knowledge!
This Tuesday, we will be focusing on sock darning. You’ve spent all that time knitting socks and now they have a hole. What do you do? Or even worse, your nephew feeds a hand knit sock to the dog. How do you repair that hole without re-knitting the entire sock? Don’t despair, you can darn them! (And we don’t mean Chelsea’s method of throwing the socks on the floor and shouting, “Darn!”) Learn this valuable technique and never throw out a hand knit sock again.
