Just a reminder that Crochet Block of the Month will be held Tuesday, February 23rd this month. We will meet at 6:00pm at the shop and end around 7:30pm. Remember to bring your book, 99 Granny Squares to Crochet. We will be making another solid colored block, so bring one color of worsted weight yarn and a size G – I hook (depending on personal gauge). Remember, Crochet BOTM club is free! Come join us!

Are you ready to add some spice to your knitting? Do you think afghans are boring? Well, prepare to change your mind! For the next 24 months, we will be working our way through the Great American Afghan from Knitters (Ravel It). To make the most of our monthly meetings, we will be announcing the square prior to the meeting to allow you to get started. Then, bring your square and your questions to the club. Since we are just getting started, the BOTM for September will be #25 by Nancy Bush. You will need worsted weight yarn and needles to achieve a gauge of 5 stitches per inch (approx. a U.S. size 7).
